Orders & Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
All major methods (e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The exact options are shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
Yes, as long as production hasn’t started yet. Please contact us right away with your order number. Once printing has begun, we usually can’t make changes.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes – delivered digitally by email. Redeemable on all products (except discounted bundles, if specified).

Shipping & Delivery

Where are products made & how are they shipped?
Production takes place in Germany, shipping across the EU with DHL. Standard delivery time: approx. 3–5 business days (depending on destination & order volume).

How fast will my order arrive?
POD means: printed first, then shipped. MarketPrint typically states 3–5 business days for DACH/EU.

Do you ship internationally outside the EU?
Yes. Import duties/taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Products & Fit

What products does YAMICORE offer?

  • T-Shirts (Basic & Oversized) – DTG print
  • Hoodies & Zip Hoodies (also Oversized) – DTG print
  • Sweatpants
  • Socks – printed

How do the sizes fit?

  • Oversized: loose/boxy fit. Between two sizes? Choose the smaller one.
  • Basic/Regular: true to size.

    Size charts are listed on every product page.
Production, Quality & Care

Which printing methods do you use?

  • DTG (Direct-to-Garment): water-based inks, high detail – used for shirts/hoodies.
  • DTF (Direct-to-Film): mainly for caps/accessories – durable, opaque.

Why does my shirt have a smell – is that normal?
Yes. It’s from the DTG pre-treatment (fixation liquid). The smell/residue disappears after the first wash or airing.

Care instructions (textiles):
Wash inside out & cold, use mild detergent, do not bleach, tumble dry low or air dry, do not iron directly on the print.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Right of withdrawal (EU orders)
14-day withdrawal right from the date of delivery. Return shipping costs may apply to the customer (unless stated otherwise).

Exceptions:

  • Personalized/custom items are excluded (unless defective).
  • Sealed hygiene items (e.g. socks) cannot be returned once unsealed.

Received the wrong/defective item?
We’ll replace it free of charge. Contact us with your order number + photo within 14 days of delivery.

Pricing, Taxes & Invoices

Are taxes included in the price?
For EU sales, VAT rules apply. For shipments to non-EU countries, customs/VAT may be due upon import (see above).
